Account Verification (KYC) At Lucky Start
Lucky Start runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, your address, and that the payment method you use belongs to you.
Verification is requested when you register with incomplete details, when your first withdrawal is submitted, after a change to key account data (name, date of birth, address), or when activity triggers an internal fraud check (for example, multiple cards used on one account or repeated failed deposit attempts).
Lucky Start only accepts documents that are clear, in-date, and show the same personal details as your account profile. Cropped images, heavy edits, or blurred corners lead to a re-request.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Provide a photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport, national ID card, or driving licence where accepted). Lucky Start checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and the photo. If the document has two sides, upload both sides.
- Address proof: Provide a recent document dated within the last 3 months that shows your full name and current residential address. Lucky Start accepts utility bills (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or a council/tax letter. Screenshots without your name and address, parcel labels, and mobile phone bills are rejected.
- Payment method: If you deposit by card, upload an image of the card showing your name and the last 4 digits; cover the middle digits and the CVV. If you use an e-wallet, Lucky Start requests a screenshot or statement page showing your name and the wallet account identifier (email or wallet ID), plus the payment history line that matches a Lucky Start transaction. If a bank transfer is used, provide a bank statement showing the account holder name and IBAN/account number.
Lucky Start completes standard KYC checks in 24–72 hours after all requested files are uploaded. If documents are unclear or details don’t match the profile, the review pauses until corrected files are provided.
Withdrawals stay on hold until KYC is approved. Deposits remain available, but account limits can apply until verification is finished.
